These Terms of Use govern rv-refresh.com and its online booking and communication features, operated by Rank Local SEO LLC, operating as RV Refresh (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review these terms before using the website or submitting a booking. Where your affirmative acceptance is requested, submitting that acceptance signifies your agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the booking features; contact us about other ways to arrange service.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 and authorized to arrange service for the RV and location you provide. Supply accurate contact, vehicle, and access information, and notify us of changes. Only provide a telephone number you control or are authorized to enroll. Do not enroll someone else in messages without their permission. You are responsible for obtaining any property-owner, campground, or storage-facility permission needed for the work.

Bookings, estimates, and payment

A booking is received when our system confirms it; an incomplete form or interrupted connection is not a confirmed reservation. If you are unsure whether a submission succeeded, contact us before submitting it again. Appointment availability can change, and service may need to be rescheduled for weather, safety, access, equipment issues, or other circumstances described in the Service Agreement.

Pricing is based on the selected RV category, package, overall length, vehicle condition information, and upgrades. Length and relevant conditions will be verified. Minimum charges and the disclosed full-body-paint charge apply as shown in the booking form. Estimates depend on accurate information; we will explain material changes and obtain agreement before performing additional paid work. A pricing or technical error does not require us to perform work at an obviously erroneous price; we will notify you and offer a corrected quote or cancellation.

Payment is due on completion unless separately agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods, cancellation requirements, and service-related remedies are addressed in the Service Agreement. These website terms do not introduce an additional cancellation fee. Contact us promptly about changes, payment questions, or service concerns.

Preparing for service

A water hookup is required. At a campground or storage facility, arrange permission to use the water and work area. Provide safe access, disclose known damage and fragile components, close windows and doors, move nearby vehicles to avoid overspray, and clear the area around the RV. Follow the full preparation instructions in the Service Agreement and your appointment messages. A wash is not a mechanical inspection, repair service, or guarantee that existing defects, leaks, stains, or oxidation will be corrected.

SMS and email Communications Terms

The RV Refresh communications program provides appointment confirmations, reminders, and related service updates, plus requests for an honest review after completed work. We do not send promotional offers or advertising through this SMS program.

By selecting the separate, optional communications checkbox, you agree to receive automated appointment texts and post-service review requests by text and email at the contact details you provide. This permission is specific to RV Refresh and these purposes. The checkbox is not preselected and is not required to book or purchase services. Agreeing to general website terms or simply viewing this policy does not enroll you. Appointment emails necessary to manage your reservation are sent using the email address provided for the booking.

Text frequency varies with your appointments, service changes, and replies. The configured customer schedule includes a booking confirmation, an appointment reminder, and a post-service review request when eligible; we do not promise a fixed monthly message count. Review emails may include an initial request and up to two follow-ups. We welcome honest feedback of any rating; receiving service does not obligate you to leave a review.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Your carrier’s plan determines any charges. Reply STOP to a message to opt out of that text program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or (865) 214-7194. To resume texts, contact us or complete a supported new opt-in; we will not treat a new booking alone as permission to override a prior STOP request.

Use the unsubscribe link in a review email to stop review emails, or contact us for help. Opting out does not cancel a reservation. Essential appointment emails may continue. Tell us if your telephone number changes or is reassigned.

Messages may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on a text or email as an emergency service or your sole record of an appointment. Contact us directly if a confirmation is missing or details appear incorrect. The Privacy Policy’s communications section explains how contact details and consent records are handled, including our prohibition on sharing mobile opt-in data for others’ marketing.

Acceptable website use

You may use this website for legitimate inquiries, bookings, and information. Do not submit fraudulent reservations, impersonate others, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability or security, extract private customer data, or use automated tools to abuse forms or messaging. We may restrict access or reject abusive or fraudulent submissions as reasonably necessary to protect the business and others, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

Website content, photos, and reviews

Our branding, original text, layouts, and photographs belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.

You retain ownership of material you provide. You authorize us to use inquiries, booking information, and relevant service documentation as reasonably needed to fulfill your request, administer services, and resolve issues. This does not grant a blanket right to publish private messages or appointment photos. Public review content displayed on the site remains subject to the source platform’s terms and applicable rights. Nothing here prohibits an honest review, lawful criticism, or reporting a concern to an authority.

External services and website availability

Maps, review platforms, payment services, hosting, and communications depend on third parties. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. We may maintain, improve, or temporarily suspend website features, but will not use website changes to avoid an existing service obligation.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. This website disclaimer does not remove an express service commitment, a warranty that cannot legally be excluded, or rights under the Service Agreement and applicable law.

Limits of liability and responsibility for misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RV Refresh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from website use, such as lost profits resulting from a website outage. Liability for a physical washing service is addressed in the separately accepted Service Agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of others’ rights, or knowing submission of false information. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own misconduct or waive nonwaivable consumer rights. We will provide reasonable notice of any claim for which we seek reimbursement.

Disputes and governing law

Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern. This request does not limit your right to seek urgent relief, file a complaint, use small-claims court, or exercise another legal right. Colorado law governs to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, court proceedings concerning these terms may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Mesa County, Colorado. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Updates and general provisions

We may revise these terms prospectively and update the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice or acceptance where required. A later revision does not retroactively change an accepted booking or expand messaging consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. These terms, applicable accepted booking details, and the Service Agreement describe the relevant agreement; any separately signed agreement controls its specific subject matter.
