RV Refresh Liability Waiver & Service Agreement
By using our website (https://rv-refresh.com) and booking an appointment online, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver & Service Agreement:
1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
1.1. RV Refresh uses commercial-grade pressure washers, ladders, scrub brushes, and other cleaning equipment. While we take every precaution to protect your RV, the Customer acknowledges that minor surface marks, scratches, or scuffing may occur as part of the cleaning process.
1.2. Some materials, particularly aged, brittle, or sun-damaged plastics, decals, seals, or caulking, may be prone to damage under pressure. RV Refresh is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing weaknesses.
1.3. RV Refresh is not responsible for any damage caused by ladders or other equipment used to access elevated areas of the RV, including but not limited to dents, scratches, or scuff marks.
1.4. The Customer releases RV Refresh from all liability related to cleaning-related damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
2. Customer Responsibilities & Pre-Service Preparation
2.1. Before our arrival, please:
- Remove all personal belongings from around the exterior of the RV.
- Retract or remove awnings to prevent damage.
- Ensure all windows and doors are fully closed to prevent water intrusion.
- Move any vehicles parked nearby to prevent overspray.
- Provide clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the RV for our service team.
2.2. Failure to complete these steps may result in additional time required or an incomplete service, for which no refunds will be issued.
3. Service Limitations & No Guarantees
3.1. While we strive for the best results, RV Refresh does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, oxidation, mold, mildew, or water spots. Some stains may be permanent or require additional restoration services beyond standard washing.
3.2. RV Refresh does not perform paint correction, body repairs, or sealant replacements.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment is due in full, in cash, upon service completion. No other forms of payment are accepted.
4.2. Non-payment will result in refusal of future services and potential legal action.
5. Weather & Cancellation Policy
5.1. Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme winds). In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
5.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Worker Safety & Customer Indemnification
6.1. RV Refresh employees may use ladders, scaffolding, or climb onto the RV’s roof to perform cleaning services. While all reasonable safety precautions are taken, the Customer acknowledges that RV Refresh and its employees assume all responsibility for their own safety while on the property.
6.2. The Customer is not responsible for any injuries sustained by RV Refresh employees during service, and RV Refresh waives any claims against the Customer for worker injuries.
6.3. The Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify RV Refresh, its owners, employees, and service operatorsfrom any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the service.
7. Property Damage Liability
7.1. RV Refresh takes every precaution to avoid damage to the Customer’s property. However, the Customer acknowledges that RV Refresh is not responsible for incidental damage to driveways, fences, landscaping, furniture, or other property unless caused by gross negligence.
8. Water Usage & Drainage Responsibility
8.1. The Customer understands that RV Refresh uses a significant amount of water for the cleaning process and that water runoff may occur.
8.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that adequate drainage exists to prevent flooding or pooling of water. RV Refresh is not liable for damage resulting from standing water or runoff.
9. Third-Party Interference
9.1. RV Refresh is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from interference by third parties(e.g., other individuals present during service).
10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Circumstances)
10.1. RV Refresh is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, equipment failure, natural disasters, or emergencies.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment on https://rv-refresh.com, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver & Service Agreement.
