Rank Local SEO LLC, operating as RV Refresh (“RV Refresh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides mobile RV washing services in Grand Junction, Colorado and surrounding areas. This policy explains how we handle personal information through rv-refresh.com, bookings, inquiries, service visits, and related communications.

Our Terms of Use govern website use. Our Liability Waiver & Service Agreement addresses physical services. This policy explains our practices; reading it or accepting general website terms does not itself enroll you in optional messaging.

Information we collect

  • Contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, and information you include in an inquiry or reply.
  • Booking and service information, including service address, RV park and site number, access instructions, RV type and length, paint information, selected package and upgrades, appointment date, referral source, and service notes.
  • Service records, including estimates, payment status and references, scheduling changes, agreements, and photos documenting vehicle condition, existing damage, and completed work.
  • Communications and preferences, including message content, delivery status, replies, opt-ins, opt-outs, and the time and wording associated with communications choices.
  • Technical information processed by our website and infrastructure providers, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic logs. An IP address or service address can indicate location; the booking form does not require device GPS access.
  • Public reviews and associated names, profile images, ratings, text, and photos when displayed from review platforms.

We receive information from you, people authorized to book on your behalf, our service work, payment and communications providers, and public review sources. Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not put full card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or sensitive medical information in forms or messages.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries; prepare estimates; schedule, provide, and document services; collect and reconcile payments; send appointment information; deliver review requests when selected; honor communication preferences; maintain records and backups; troubleshoot and secure the website; prevent duplicate bookings, spam, and misuse; and comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Service photos help document condition and work performed. A private appointment upload is not automatically a public gallery submission.

Appointment messages and review requests

We use your email address for appointment confirmations, reminders, and necessary service communications. The optional booking communications checkbox separately authorizes appointment texts and requests for an honest review by text and email. We do not use this program for advertising, promotions, sales offers, or unrelated SMS marketing.

Your choice and associated consent record are stored with the booking. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not prevent booking. Reply STOP to a text to stop texts from that messaging program. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Use the unsubscribe link in a review email to stop review emails, or contact us. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment; necessary appointment emails may continue. See our Communications Terms for frequency, charges, and delivery details.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers and other service providers may process this information only as needed to operate and support our communications, honor your choices, protect security, or satisfy legal requirements.

When information is shared

We share information reasonably needed with personnel and providers supporting hosting, storage, backups, website administration, email, text delivery, payments, and service operations. Our current tools include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website infrastructure and storage, Google Workspace for email, and Twilio for text messaging. Card payments and Venmo transactions are processed through the payment service used for that transaction, such as Stripe or Venmo; the booking form does not collect full card details.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, address fraud or security threats, establish or defend claims, or protect people and property. If the business is transferred or reorganized, relevant records may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections. Such a transfer does not grant permission to repurpose SMS consent for unrelated marketing.

Cookies, maps, and external services

Website infrastructure may use cookies and similar technologies for security, authentication, and reliable delivery. Owner sign-in uses authentication services; customers do not need a ChatGPT account to submit a public booking. Embedded Google Maps and externally hosted resources may receive your IP address and browser information when they load and may use their own cookies. Links to Google, Facebook, payment services, and other third-party sites lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, pages viewed, and completed bookings and contact submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects browser, device, interaction, and approximate location information. We do not include your name, email, phone number, service address, message, or booking reference in our Analytics events. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag. Google processes information as described in its Privacy Policy. You can disable Analytics in this browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our tag also respects the Global Privacy Control signal. Browser-based preferences apply to the browser where you set them and may be reset if you clear its storage.

We do not currently operate an advertising-pixel or cross-site behavioral advertising program on this website, and we do not sell customer information for money. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but some features may stop working. We do not treat a browser “Do Not Track” signal as a booking or messaging preference. Where applicable law requires recognition of a universal opt-out signal for a covered activity, we will honor it. Our current site does not use customer data for sale or targeted advertising.

Retention, backups, and security

We retain information while reasonably needed for bookings, service history, payment and tax records, communications preferences, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and circumstances; we do not promise immediate deletion or one fixed period for all records. Limited opt-out records may be retained to prevent unwanted messages. Backup copies may remain until their normal rotation or deletion and are not intended for routine use after a deletion request is fulfilled.

We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect information, including restricted administrative access and secure connections. No website, transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. We will address security incidents and provide notices as required by applicable law.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can decline to provide information, but we may be unable to arrange service without necessary contact and location details. You can request help updating a booking without enrolling in optional messages.

Children and processing locations

Our services are directed to adults, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Our business operates in the United States; our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable law.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy as services, technology, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Changes do not retroactively expand an existing SMS opt-in into permission for new marketing uses.
